Under Construction
You may be called to testify in a deposition, before a jury,
judge or arbiter. And because we are usually "subpoenaed"
to do so, most folks are not happy about it. Whether you are
called to testify about facts or as an expert, the situation
is stressful. To start with, the experience is unfamiliar.
Even those who testify often do so each time in a different
setting and before a different audience.

One of the greatest stresses in life is having to give a
speech. In the witness situation, you are not only giving
a speech according to specific unfamiliar rules but you
will be likely verbally attacked in a cross examination
format. This it, seems, adds insult to injury.
The workshop is a stress reducer.
It teaches you a new skill- how to draw on your own abilities,
talent and personality to be a likable witness who helps
decisions makers in the legal situation to make wise choices.
In that sense, the job of being a witness is very important.
And once you master to art of being a likable witness,
